Summerlicious 2009

“Summerlicious: presented by American Express promotes Toronto’s restaurant industry and is the perfect opportunity to satiate restaurant lovers with the best of the city’s eclectic cuisine.

Take advantage of prix fixe offers at 150 Toronto’s finest restaurants! The prix fixe menus are available at lunch and dinner at unbelievable price points!”

Started in 2003 with 35 restaurants, Summerlicious and Winterlicious were modeled after similar events in other cities and created by the city and businesses to boost the restaurant industry, and the city’s economy after the SARS epidemic.  It has evolved into one of the most anticipated food events in Toronto, with 150 restaurants participating this year alone.

“Each restaurant will offer a special 3-course prix fixe menu where patrons can sample the establishment’s delicious fare. The prix fixe menus are available at lunch and dinner at the following price points: $15, $20 or $30 for lunch and $25, $35 or $45 for dinner, with drinks and gratuity extra.”
